Roulete Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

To register and participate in betting on roulete, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable rule on our platform. Any user found to be a minor will have their account closed immediately, and all deposited funds will not be refunded.

Roulete may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. If age is in doubt, the account may be temporarily suspended pending verification. Failure to cooperate with this process gives roulete the right to permanently close the account.

All bets placed on roulete are considered final once confirmed. No changes or cancellations are possible after confirmation, except where different rules apply due to an event being cancelled or suspended.

• Any changes in odds before an event begins are considered normal market movement. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds that were displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system outage, roulete reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets will be considered void and stakes will be refunded.
• roulete will not be held liable for any bets lost due to loss of internet connection during live betting.
• Placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on roulete are fully secure and transparent. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer methods. All transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.

• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, contact customer support within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily limit is set separately and is subject to change.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn without being wagered at least once.
• If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected, roulete may suspend the transaction, conduct an investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Roulete periodically offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming. Complaints regarding bonus terms will not be accepted if the conditions were not reviewed prior to claiming.

• To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you will generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x — the specific amount is stated in each individual offer.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once, or evidence of bonus abuse, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any other illegal activity is a serious criminal offence.
• Using roulete's brand, logo, or content without permission constitutes copyright infringement.

Roulete reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, users will be notified with a reason. The main grounds for account termination include:

• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Violation of betting rules.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.

In the event of account termination, any legitimately earned balance will be refunded. However, bonuses or winnings obtained through rule violations will be forfeited.
